Why Our Prices Are Lower

Most carpentry quotes are inflated by middlemen. The factory charges one price. The supplier marks it up. The contractor marks it up again. By the time that wardrobe reaches your bedroom, you have paid for two or three layers of markup you never even knew existed.

Our carpenters and our factory are based right here in Singapore. What we import directly is the raw plywood itself: BestPly, our own E0 grade, sourced from trusted mills in Malaysia and China. No local middlemen marking up the material before it reaches our workshop. Same Blum and Hettich hardware, same HPL finishes. You just pay 30-40% less for all of it.

Every quotation is fully itemised. Materials, hardware, production, delivery and installation, all spelled out line by line. No vague lump sums. Four Things That Change Your Final Price

Understanding these four factors helps you plan your budget more accurately.

Material Choice

Laminate finishes are the most affordable, followed by melamine and plywood combinations. Natural wood veneers and solid wood are premium options. The material you choose has the single biggest impact on your final price. We always recommend the best material for your budget and usage.

Size & Dimensions

A 2-metre-wide wardrobe costs more than a 1.2-metre one simply because it requires more material. Similarly, full-height cabinets (floor to ceiling) use more material than standard-height ones. We quote based on actual measurements, not estimates.

Design Complexity

Straightforward rectangular cabinets with standard doors are more affordable. Add curved edges, integrated lighting, pull-out mechanisms, glass inserts or special hardware and the price increases. We help you find the right balance between design ambition and budget.

Project Timeline

Standard production timelines (3-5 weeks) offer the best pricing. If you need rush delivery within 1-2 weeks, express charges may apply. We always recommend planning ahead to get the best value.
