No. We build new factory carpentry. We do not repair, reface, repaint, or patch what is already in the house. Replacing a whole run with new cabinets is new work, and we still only take it if the combined order is $3,000 or more.

Yes. The whole order must be $3,000 or more. Bedroom, living room, kitchen and other pieces in the same visit can add up to that. A combined order under $3,000, we do not quote on site and we do not visit. Per-room from-prices under $3,000 are fine when they are part of a larger brief.

After you tell us what you want built, we give you an indicative range from our published rate card, and you are OK with that number. The visit is still free. The firm itemised quote follows within 24 hours of it. We do not visit first and price later.

A kitchen typically starts from $4,905 for a basic cabinet set and can go up to $16,350+ for a full kitchen package with island and premium finishes. The final cost depends on the size of your kitchen, materials chosen (e.g. plywood grade, laminate vs veneer), hardware brand, and design complexity. We build every cabinet body in BestPly E0 plywood, not particle board or MDF. Plywood holds up better in Singapore’s humidity, and E0 keeps formaldehyde ultra-low (at most 0.5 mg/L) in the room where your family cooks and eats. Doors come in high-pressure laminate (HPL) or acrylic, with solid wood and veneer for premium projects. Soft-close hinges and drawer runners are standard; Blum and Hafele are available as upgrades.

From confirmation to handover, a kitchen typically takes 3-5 weeks. This includes finalising the design (3-5 days), production in our workshop (2-3 weeks) and on-site installation (2-3 days). We coordinate with your plumber and electrician to ensure everything fits perfectly. Larger kitchens or custom designs may require additional time.

Absolutely. We specialise in working within existing HDB kitchen layouts, including wet and dry kitchen configurations. Our designers will measure your space and create custom cabinetry that works around existing plumbing points, power outlets and windows. Yes, we handle the whole kitchen, including countertop supply and installation. We work with quartz (e.g. Caesarstone, Silestone), granite, solid surface and laminate countertops. Our carpenters ensure precise cutouts for sinks, hobs and other fixtures, and coordinate with your plumber for final hook-up.
