Who you are dealing with
"Best Carpentry", "we" and "us" means Dream House Furniture Pte Ltd (201840904Z), 10 Admiralty Street, #04-66, North Link Building, Singapore 757695. By engaging us for carpentry works you agree to these terms together with your signed quotation or contract, which governs where the two differ.
Quotations
Prices shown on this website are indicative "from" prices for standard materials and dimensions. Your firm price comes from an itemised written quotation prepared after a free site measurement. A quotation is an offer, not a contract, until both sides confirm it. Payment schedules and milestones are stated on your quotation.
Timelines
Typical production runs 3 to 4 weeks at our factory, with installation adding roughly 5 to 10 working days on top. Dates we commit to in writing account for both. Delays caused by site readiness, other trades, or changes you request after confirmation may move the schedule, and we will tell you as soon as we know.
Materials and our guarantee
We build with BestPly, our E0-grade plywood, as standard on every tier. If any panel we install swells, warps or bubbles within 12 months of handover, we rebuild the affected work free of charge. This sits alongside, and does not reduce, the 12-month workmanship warranty on every project. The guarantee covers defects in our materials and workmanship; it does not cover damage from misuse, water leaks from plumbing or the building, or alterations made by others.
Scope
We carry out carpentry works. Hacking, electrical and plumbing works are performed by other licensed trades; we coordinate with them where agreed but do not perform those works ourselves.
Communication
We handle enquiries and project communication over WhatsApp at +65 8905 4252. We do not take phone calls. Anything we commit to is confirmed in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes we cannot resolve directly may be referred to mediation before any other proceedings.
