Who we are
Best Carpentry Singapore is operated by Dream House Furniture Pte Ltd (201840904Z), 10 Admiralty Street, #04-66, North Link Building, Singapore 757695. This policy explains how we handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you contact us over WhatsApp we receive your name, phone number and the contents of your messages, including any photos, floor plans or quotations you choose to send us. If we carry out a site visit, we record the measurements and details of your space needed to prepare your quotation. Our website also uses standard analytics and advertising measurement tools (including the Meta Pixel and Google advertising tags) that collect usage data such as pages viewed, device type and advertising click identifiers.
How we use it
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and 3D design previews, schedule and carry out site visits, deliver and install your carpentry, honour our warranty, and measure which of our advertising actually leads to real enquiries. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Messages sent to our WhatsApp business line are processed on WhatsApp's platform (Meta) and by our appointed enquiry-handling systems. Advertising measurement data is shared with Meta and Google in aggregate or pseudonymous form as part of running ads. Our production and installation teams see the details needed to build and install your project. We do not disclose your data to anyone else except where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you, honour the 12-month workmanship warranty on your project, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us for access to your personal data, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to its use. Write to us at hello@bestcarpentry.com.sg and we will respond within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer prepare or honour a quotation for you.
