A Parc Esta Loft, Built In Room by Room
This loft condo at Parc Esta has our carpentry in the living room, the dining area and the bedroom. A white TV console that runs to the window, with a lit display unit beside the TV. A low console by the stair. An open-shelf console along the dining wall. A fluted panel wall behind the bed, and a run of lit shelves over drawers. Every cabinet body is E0 plywood, built on our own factory floor.
E0 or the carpentry is free
An offcut of your own BestPly boards goes to an independent lab. If it fails E0 (at most 0.5 mg/L formaldehyde), you do not pay for the carpentry. Written. On every new factory job.

What We Built at Parc Esta
A TV console that runs to the window
The white console runs the length of the wall right up to the glass, and beside the TV a tall display unit with lit cubbies holds the owner's pieces. Our living room carpentry page has more TV consoles, feature walls and display cabinets.
A dining console with open shelves
Along the dining wall, a long console with open shelves takes books, bottles and display pieces, across from the kitchen pass-through.
A fluted wall behind the bed
In the bedroom, a fluted panel wall frames the bed. Just outside, along the corridor, a run of lit shelves sits over a bank of drawers.
One board under every finish
The finishes change from room to room: white, dark timber-look, fluted panels. Underneath, every cabinet body is the same BestPly E0 plywood, at most 0.5 mg/L of formaldehyde.

Yes. The display unit beside the TV and the shelves outside the bedroom both have LED strips built into the carpentry, so the light sits inside the shelves rather than on top of them. Tell us where your power points are when you send the floor plan.
